St Mary's NS Knockbridge

Over the last month Mrs. Bell's Senior Infants participated in the Mighty Mouth Schools Programme. The overall aim of the programme is to encourage good dental care as part of children's overall health and well being. The programme emphasises tooth-friendly foods and drinks, and supervised regular tooth brushing with flouride toothpaste. It also includes information and advice on dental services for children. The class performed the "WINNING SMILE RAP " at the December Assembly and then were presented with their certificates. Mr McDonnell complimented them on their bright smiles and encouraged them to keep up the good work.
