Family Fun Quiz
Just a reminder to all parents and pupils that the Family Fun Quiz will take place on Tuesday, February 21 at 7.30pm. The Quiz is open to all pupils from 3 to 6 class. This always proves to be a great night for all the family! A traditional raffle will take place on the night. Any donations for this would be greatly appreciated. Tickets are €20 and all monies should be left in the school office.
Book Fair Winner
Following on from our Book Fair in December, a big congratulations goes to Seán Sweeney who won the anagram competition which was on the back of the leaflet handed out to all children. Seán is now the lucky owner of a Nintendo Lite DS. Well done Seán!
Fun for all at Robin Hood!
M and M Productions visited the school this week and gave a great performance of the all time classic Robin Hood. The all singing and all dancing pantomime took place in the Halla Setanta with the entire school in attendance. The children thoroughly enjoyed the production and are eagerly awaiting the return of M and M in June when they will be performing Treasure Island.
Credit Union Art Competition
Congratulations to Amy Mills(4th class), Jordan Rice (5th class) and Emma Rutledge (5th class) who were winners in the BHK Credit Union Quiz. All three received cash prizes
Parents & Friends Association
A meeting to organise the Family Fun Quiz will take place on Monday, 13 February at 7.30pm in the school. All new members are welcome!
Cake Sale
Mrs. Greene’s and Mr. Crosby’s classes will hold a Cake Sale on Wednesday, 15 February in the G.P. room between 9am and 12am. The proceeds of this Cake Sale will go towards the Dundalk Special Olympics team. Everyone is invited to attend and all confectionary donations are welcome!
